CAB Incorporated, Buford, Georgia (2006-2008) As one of the top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Atlanta, CAB needed a corporate office to suit their growing needs. As a team, the owner, contractor and architect worked hard to provide a cost-effective and energy efficient solution for this state of the art facility. The two-story building utilized a steel frame with metal stud infill and stone/stucco venneer. It has a building area of 15,505 square feet and is fully sprinklered. We were able to utilize a clerestory to provide natural lighting for the core area of the building. Owner contact information:

Johnson Bible College, Knox County, Tennessee (1999 - 2001) In 1999, enrollment was steadily growing at J.B.C. and in early 2000 work began on the design of a new multi-purpose building for the campus. The facility was opened in 2001 and Rentenbach Constructors Inc. was the Construction Manager. The architect and the construction manager worked closely together in all phases in order to utilize the best systems and building components for the project. Newly renamed as Richardson Hall, it is a state of the art facility housing the Missions Department, Teacher Education Department, and archaeological facility. This building is equipped with modern technology classrooms and computer labs for students. The two-story building utilized a steel frame with metal stud infill and brick veneer. It has a building area of 31,914 square feet and is fully sprinklered. We were able to utilize a geothermal HVAC system on the site. Owner contact information:

This dormitory was one that I designed with the contractor acting as owner. It was designed with a central core and 3 housing wings, one of which was to be built in the future. This is a project that I managed from the initial design through Bidding and Negotiations in 2001. Owner contact information:

Johnson Bible College, Knox County, Tennessee (1998 - 2004) Facing record enrollments, Johnson Bible College was faced with a challenge in 1998. The challenge was to keep existing dormitories in place, construct new dormitories, provide for future expansion and to master plan parking for the campus. Several general contractors were interviewed and Rentenbach Constructors Inc. became the Construction Manager. The architect and the construction manager worked closely together in all phases in order to utilize the best systems and building components for the project. The men's and women's 192 room dormitories feature toilet facilities for each room, centrally located commons areas on each floor and each building provides a two story manager's apartment. Each dormitory is three stories tall and utilizes the Epicore building system with brick and precast veneer. Each dormitory has a building area of 53,873 square feet and is fully sprinklered. We were able to utilize a geothermal HVAC system on the site for both dormitories. Still experiencing steady growth, the planned 48 room additions for both dormitories were built and added 21,738 square feet to each building. Having planned for expansion, the additions were seamless and allowed for continuous use of the facility while under construction. Combined housing provided by both dormitories is for 576 students and utilizes 149,812 square feet of building area. Owner
